We want you to be happy with English Mastery. This policy explains how refunds work for our Monthly Subscription and One-Time Purchase plans.

1. Monthly Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time.
If you request a refund within 14 days of your first payment, you will receive a full refund.
After 14 days, refunds are not available for the current billing period, but you can cancel anytime to avoid future charges.

2. One-Time Purchase

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase.
To be eligible, the app must not have been substantially used (for example, fewer than 2 units completed).

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at appenglishmastery@gmail.com with your order details (email used at checkout and approximate purchase date). We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed through our payment provider, Paddle, and typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
